Driftwood - Leisure Bay (8 Sleeper) 

Very close to the main swimming beach in Leisure Bay we have this quaint 8 sleeper, cottage. 4 Bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Very well-equipped kitchen with dish washer, fridge freezer, microwave and all the necessary appliances needed in the kitchen. 5 plate gas stove.

Leading from the kitchen is a 6-seater dining room table and from there into the lounge where we have a smart TV. There is a patio door leading out from the lounge onto patio where you can relax and enjoy a braai. 

Main bedroom has 1 queen bed with an en suit bathroom consisting of a bath, shower and hand basin and toilet.

Second and third bedrooms have a queen bed in each room and share a shower and spread toilet.  Fan’s in all the bedrooms.

Then there is a flat next to the main house just as well equipped.

One bedroom with a queen bed. In the bedroom there is also a shower and toilet. Small lounge and kitchenet also well equipped.

There is a laundry between the main house and the flat fitted with a large washing machine. 

All linen is provided please to bring all towels.

Water tanks installed in the case of water shortages.

No garages but loads of parking under big trees for shade. The property is walled in for so your safety. 

The house has an alarm system with outside beams and pay as you go Wi-Fi.

Rates.

Low season:     R1700 p/ day.

High season:     R2500 p/ day.

There is a R1000 refundable key & breakage deposit.
